A traditional weight lifting session with a personal trainer helps increase lean muscle mass and strength, but neglects the components of total fitness – cardiovascular exercise, core development, and flexibility. Our program is developed to address all areas of fitness for maximum health and results.
We understand that your time is of the utmost importance. That’s why every 60-minute session utilizes a circuit-style training approach which increases cardiovascular output, muscular strength and tone, core endurance, and flexibility while decreasing body fat in a safe, effective manner.
We expect our clients to provide the other 50% required in order to form a successful partnership. Our clients are required to wear a heart rate monitor for each session. This ensures that results will continue to improve over time while decreasing the risk of injury, hitting a plateau, and over-training.
We highly encourage clients to maintain a food log (30 to 90 days for habit forming). With tips and advice, trainers will help you track your progress and provide both positive and constructive feedback along the way. A fitness evaluation is conducted every 90 days to measure your success in strength, cardio, body fat percentage, circumference measurements and flexbility.
